Bartender

Bartenders are both craftspeople and hosts—delivering beautifully balanced cocktails, expertly poured wine, and warm, genuine hospitality. This role blends technical skill with a guest-focused mindset: you’re not just making drinks; you’re setting the tone for the experience.

Restaurant Manager

A key operational leader at Henrietta’s, the Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading daily front-of-house operations and ensuring exceptional guest experience. This role oversees the FOH team, drives service standards, and supports the seamless execution of service across the 120-seat restaurant.

Server

Servers guide our guests through a thoughtful, ingredient-driven menu with warmth, professionalism, and precision. This role requires a confident presence on the floor, the ability to speak authentically about our dishes and beverages, and a commitment to creating meaningful moments for every guest.

Server Assistant

Server Assistants bring thoughtful energy and seamless support to the floor, ensuring our service flows gracefully and our dining spaces stay pristine. SA's assist servers and bartenders by resetting tables, running food, clearing dishes, polishing glassware, and helping maintain the elevated dining experience our guests expect.
