Floor Supervisor
Floor Supervisors are the backbone of the dining room, leading service with confidence, care, and an eye for every detail. This role requires strong hospitality instincts, a natural ability to coach and support a team, and a genuine desire to grow as a leader. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and our culinary and beverage teams, you'll ensure every shift feels polished, welcoming, and unmistakably Henrietta's.
Server
Servers are the heart of the dining room, guiding guests through an elevated experience with warmth, knowledge, and attention to detail. This role requires a genuine passion for hospitality, a thorough understanding of our menu and wine program, and the ability to anticipate needs and create moments that keep guests coming back.
